Personal training session at Chris Walker Fitness in Speke, Liverpool

If you're searching for personal training in Speke, you'll find no shortage of coaches in the area. The difference is experience. With 13+ years of coaching behind me, I've seen every fad come and go — and I know what actually works long-term for real people with real lives.

Where I'm Based

I operate from Unit 37 Compass West, Spindus Road, Speke, Liverpool L24 1YA. The gym is located on Spindus Road industrial estate — easy to reach from Speke Boulevard, the A561, and just minutes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. There's free parking directly outside.

Clients come from across South Liverpool including Speke, Garston, Hunts Cross, Halewood, Hale Village, and Widnes. The location is also convenient for anyone working on Speke Boulevard or at the nearby retail parks.

What Personal Training Here Looks Like

This isn't a big commercial, packed gym. It's a private facility — purpose-built for training, with no distractions and no waiting around for equipment. Sessions are one-to-one, designed around your body and your goals.

Every client gets:

  • A structured training programme — not random workouts
  • Clear nutrition guidance built around their lifestyle
  • Progress tracking and regular check-ins between sessions
  • Accountability and support when motivation dips

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving confidence, or recovering from injury — the approach is the same: structured, progressive, and tailored to you.

Who Is This For?

Most clients aren't gym-confident when they start. Many have never worked with a personal trainer before. Some have tried other gyms, classes, or diets and nothing has stuck.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're exactly who this is for. The first step is simply a free, no-pressure conversation about where you are now and where you want to be.

Opening Hours

I offer sessions Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 9:00pm. Early morning and evening slots are available to fit around work schedules.

How to Get Started

The first step is a free consultation. No commitment, no sales pitch. Just a conversation about your goals, your current situation, and whether coaching is the right fit.

About Me

I've been coaching for over 13 years. I specialise in body transformation, strength training, fat loss, and supporting clients who feel nervous about starting. I've worked with complete beginners through to competitive athletes. I also have extensive experience with rehabilitation and training around injuries — often working alongside physiotherapists with shared programming to get clients moving safely and building strength back up.
